Community Impact
116,500 hours + $20M donations
In 2024, Constellation donated more than $20 million via company, Foundation and employee giving in support of more than 4,100 charities. Plus, our employees logged 116,500 volunteer hours in service to our communities.
Scholars Program
$1.5 Million
Constellation has committed to providing life-changing scholarships for over 10 years, supporting relationships across the country to provide scholarships to students who are first generation to college, or from low-income families, schools with a high poverty concentration, or underserved urban, rural, or farming communities who are looking to pursue careers in STEM.
Workforce Development
$1.25 Million
Constellation launched Powering Change in 2023, a workforce development initiative that now provides $1.25 million across seven nonprofit organizations that concentrate on raising career awareness by encouraging STEM and energy career options; breaking down barriers to equal access to employment opportunities by addressing and removing obstacles; and enhancing the skills of workers by supporting education, training, reskilling, and upskilling programs.
